Terms of Use
Reductio is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These terms add the details specific to Reductio and Reductio Pro.
Reductio Pro
Scanning, measuring, comparing, history and recovery are free, and so are your first 10 single-item optimisations. After that, Reductio Pro unlocks saving smaller copies, batch optimisation and duplicate clean-up. Pro is a single Lifetime purchase: it is not a subscription and never renews.
The price is shown in the app and the App Store before you buy, and may vary by country.
Purchases
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- You can restore Pro on your other devices signed in with the same Apple Account from Reductio’s Settings → Reductio Pro → Restore Purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. A refund ends Pro access; work you started stays recoverable.
Your library and your decisions
HEIC and HEVC are lossy formats. Reductio checks each saved copy before you choose, but you decide which originals to remove. Removal is never automatic, and buying Pro isn’t consent to remove anything. Removed items go to Recently Deleted in Photos, where Photos keeps them for about 30 days. Changes to your library sync through iCloud Photos to your other devices.
Please keep a backup of anything irreplaceable. To the extent permitted by law, Reductio is provided “as is”, and its developer isn’t liable for loss of data or quality arising from your choices.
